A two piece outfit: a cropped bustier corset with draped flounce sleeves and then a high low full circle skirt with gathered ruffle. Silk flowers dot the fabric to give a 3-D texture. Each flower has been laser cut, hand painted, hand scalped and finally hand sewn on ancord with a Swarovski crystal bead.
